Hello. Hola. 

We want to teach you Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. We've studied and practiced for a combined  15 years with some of the best teachers in North America and India and we want to share with you what we've learned and continue to learn.


We love this practice, it continues enriching our lives and hearts. It's fun and challenges us to be present and helps us to remember to stay connected and humble in a demanding and awe-inspiring world.

We are dedicated practitioners and devoted students of this marvelous method, and we continue exploring this practice every morning on our mats. Starting the day this way is incredibly refreshing and continues helping us stay clear on what's most important in life. 

We are grateful for this practice and what it's given us and want to share it with you.
